What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers. • Create launch plans and increase product usage. • Track implementation progress and account health. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in senior Customer Success or consulting role. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Experience with technical products and SaaS preferred. • Bachelor’s degree and based in Monterrey or willing to relocate.
