About the role
Lead the People, Culture & Capacity Building function to hire, develop, engage and retain talent. Manage employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and people operations.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition processes. • Manage employee relations and workplace conflict resolution. • Administer performance management and talent development. • Coordinate learning, development and competency management. • Maintain HR systems and support process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. • Minimum 4 years HR or related experience. • Experience managing employee relations and grievances. • Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws. • Experience with HR information systems.
