About the role
Lead and build an embedded firmware team for a next-generation wearable device. Manage delivery from prototype to production and collaborate cross-functionally.
What you’ll do
• Build and mentor embedded engineers. • Manage contract and full-time engineers. • Lead firmware delivery from prototype to production. • Partner on architecture for power-efficient firmware. • Set engineering practices and foster culture.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years embedded firmware development in C/C++. • Experience as engineering manager or team lead. • Experience with RTOS on microcontrollers or SoCs. • Optimize firmware for performance and power. • Strong communication and AI tool usage.
