About the role
Ensure reliability of avionics parts from design through production and operation. Use data to drive quality improvements and solve technical problems.
What you’ll do
• Partner with design, test, and manufacturing teams. • Track yield and test/inspection escapes. • Develop and validate Lean test and inspection processes. • Conduct build quality reviews and risk reduction. • Investigate failures and perform root cause analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in electrical or computer engineering. • 1+ years in manufacturing, quality or design engineering. • Hands-on PCBA design or troubleshooting experience. • Knowledge of quality tools and Lean principles. • Ability to work extended hours and offsite as needed.
