About the role
Responsible for design, supervision, installation, testing, and coordination of electrical systems in residential and commercial projects. Ensure compliance with standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project delivery.
What you’ll do
• Ensure electrical designs comply with standards and specifications. • Supervise installation of power distribution and lighting systems. • Coordinate estate-wide electrical infrastructure and power distribution. • Oversee backup power systems installation and commissioning. • Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical contractors.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 7 years experience in building electrical services. • Knowledge of Nigerian electrical standards and safety regulations. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
