About the role
Serve as the technical bridge between Elsevier's internal teams and customers to improve EHR integration and customer satisfaction. Lead complex integration conversations and refine processes to enhance clinical solutions delivery.
What you’ll do
• Become expert on Clinical Solutions business models. • Lead integration discussions with customer IT teams. • Maintain technical integration documentation. • Recommend and implement process improvements. • Collaborate across departments for downstream success.
What you’ll bring
• Strong IT background with HL7, FHIR, OAuth, SAML, ADFS. • Experience with Single Sign-On and SMART on FHIR. • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
