About the role
The Ecosystem Trainer works with actors in the Tiko ecosystem to ensure they understand the platform and its offers. The role involves training, tracking inventory, updating actors on new offers, and mitigating fraud.
What you’ll do
• Conduct training for new clinics, providers, and retailers. • Track inventory of trained actors on the platform. • Update actors on new platform offers. • Identify and mitigate fraud in ecosystems. • Report suspicious activities and breaches.
What you’ll bring
• Based in FCT, Nigeria. • 4+ years in community development and public health. • 3+ years facilitating training of trainers. • Experience developing learning programmes. • Degree in Social Science or related field preferred.
