About the role
Execute testing programs for friction products on brake blocks and pads. Support R&D with custom test configurations and ensure smooth factory operations.
What you’ll do
• Plan and develop validation and test setups. • Execute dynamometer test programs and customize rigs. • Install, calibrate, and operate instruments safely. • Review test data and diagnose mechanical failures. • Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll bring
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools. • Experience with rotating machinery and sensors. • Ability to configure instrumentation and data logging. • Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols. • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
