About the role
Lead and support design, customization, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support enterprise application improvements.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical development for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. • Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis. • Design, configure, customize, test, deploy Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps. • Develop custom solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure. • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years as Dynamics 365 Technical Lead. • 8+ years developing Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. • 5+ years custom development with .NET, JavaScript, C#. • 3+ years with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Hybrid schedule with onsite days initially four per week, then one per week. On-call and after-hours support required.
