About the role
Provide professional support to business clients across Europe for a leading digital advertising platform. Assist customers with digital advertising tools and deliver outstanding service remotely from Portugal.
What you’ll do
• Support business customers via phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with digital advertising tools and platforms. • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support. • Investigate and resolve technical and account issues. • Collect customer feedback and improve service.
What you’ll bring
• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level). • Good command of English (B2 minimum). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Comfortable with online platforms and digital tools.
