About the role
Plan, coordinate, and supervise drilling and blasting operations to ensure safe, efficient mining activities and meet production targets.
What you’ll do
• Conduct field inspections ensuring blasting safety procedures. • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. • Plan and supervise drilling and blasting per mine plans. • Coordinate blasting schedules with mining operations. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years experience in drilling and blasting. • Knowledge of blast planning and mine surveying. • Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related field. • Relevant blasting certifications and authorisations. • Strong technical and communication skills.
