About the role
Manage donor relationships and support fundraising strategy for Latin America, focusing on Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala. Coordinate teams and projects to advance international fundraising opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Support donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. • Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders. • Manage donor engagement events and communications. • Project manage internal review and fundraising processes. • Maintain donor data and generate fundraising reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years in fundraising or donor relations. • Experience with multicultural environments. • Fluency in English and Spanish. • Based in Mexico with legal work authorization.
