Domestic Relocation Consultant II

About the role
Serve as the navigator of the relocation process for domestic transferees. Manage relocation policy, counseling, shipment coordination, and expense management.
What you’ll do
• Maintain assigned caseload with impeccable customer service. • Coordinate all phases of relocation activities per client agreement. • Ensure supplier partners complete tasks for property sale and closing. • Establish relationships with brokers for primary functions. • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and data integrity.
What you’ll bring
• Two years relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings. • College degree or equivalent preferred. • Two years customer service experience in call center. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
