About the role
Provide expert guidance on disability, WCB, and leave management to support employee well-being and business success. Manage complex cases and partner with teams to ensure compliance and positive employee experiences.
What you’ll do
• Advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs. • Administer complex WCB and disability leave cases. • Partner with leaders and external providers for case management. • Guide employees through leave and return-to-work processes. • Improve programs using data and best practices.
What you’ll bring
• 3-6 years HR experience in disability management. • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration. • Disability management certification is an asset. • Experience with WCB leave administration and accommodation. • Strong coordination and communication skills.
