About the role
Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers to drive AI transformation and GTM strategy. Shape sales strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to expand Cribl's platform.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers team. • Design talent strategy for AMER SE team. • Champion AI and automation adoption in SE organization. • Partner with sales leadership to hit quota and growth targets. • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve team goals.
What you’ll bring
• Proven leadership of technical pre-sales teams. • Experience with multi-product/platform selling motions. • Ability to teach consultative land-and-expand selling. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience. • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
