About the role
Lead and oversee clinical study projects ensuring quality, scope, cost, and time objectives are met. Manage project teams and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project delivery and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Direct and manage project directors and managers globally. • Provide leadership on clinical programs and manage activities. • Interact with study sponsors as escalation point. • Optimize project management profitability and resource allocation. • Lead continuous improvement and KPI reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field. • 10+ years clinical research and project management experience. • Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
