About the role
Lead and build the Production and Infrastructure Engineering team managing DevOps, SRE, DevEx, MLOps, and support. Oversee team performance, technical decisions, and delivery across infrastructure and software engineering functions.
What you’ll do
• Build and develop engineering team and manage performance. • Lead across infrastructure, reliability, developer experience, and delivery. • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews. • Provide hands-on technical leadership and code reviews. • Lead production readiness, release management, and incident response.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years engineering experience with 5+ years management. • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. • Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (GCP, AWS, Azure). • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation. • Background in software engineering and production delivery.
