About the role
Lead the development system for Insurance Sales Agents and partner with sales leaders to enhance training, coaching, and sales scripts. Drive improvements in customer experience and agent performance across direct to consumer sales verticals.
What you’ll do
• Own sales scripts and evolve strategy across verticals. • Build AI tools for real-time sales enablement. • Develop AI call insights and performance tracking. • Run pilots and A/B tests on sales scripts. • Create onboarding and coaching programs for agents and managers.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building or scaling sales training functions. • Strong sales acumen and script-driven mindset. • Ability to test and iterate sales strategies scientifically. • Comfortable partnering with sales and product leaders. • Passion for developing agents and managers.
