About the role
Lead safeguarding strategy for Kooth Behavioral Health services in the US. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance while promoting positive user outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Lead safeguarding and trust & safety functions in North America. • Support global safeguarding framework and strategy. • Manage risk team and ensure training and support. • Prepare reports on safeguarding activity and risks. • Engage with stakeholders and represent company externally.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. • 7+ years managing risk in youth behavioral health. • Clinical license in relevant field. • Experience leading safety initiatives in digital healthcare. • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and HIPAA.
