About the role
Lead AML and virtual asset compliance efforts, advising on regulatory and financial crime risks. Serve as a senior expert interfacing with regulators, law enforcement, and clients.
What you’ll do
• Build and improve AML frameworks and virtual asset compliance strategy. • Advise financial institutions and VASPs on compliance and regulatory expectations. • Monitor regulatory developments and translate into compliance guidance. • Serve as MLRO or support MLRO on suspicious activity reviews. • Partner with product, engineering, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Prior senior compliance role such as MLRO or Chief Compliance Officer. • Experience with traditional financial institutions and virtual asset industry. • Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics and on-chain compliance tools. • Strong communication skills and CAMS or equivalent AML qualification.
