About the role
Serve as a domain expert advisor and trusted partner to regional sales and customer success teams. Help customers solve fraud challenges and evangelize BioCatch’s value proposition at executive levels.
What you’ll do
• Provide fraud and financial crime consulting support to sales teams. • Engage with senior fraud and risk leaders to propose solutions. • Develop and deliver thought leadership content. • Represent BioCatch at events and executive briefings. • Identify and evaluate new use cases with Product and Sales teams.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in fraud and financial crime roles. • 3+ years consultative engagements at executive level. • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or quantitative discipline. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Expert consultative skills and stakeholder engagement.
