About the role
Lead and manage engineering teams for the Performance Management product. Ensure delivery of scalable, reliable solutions supporting NICE customers.
What you’ll do
• Lead PM engineering organization aligning with company goals. • Oversee design, development, testing, deployment of PM microservices. • Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, product quality. • Ensure system capacity planning and operational support. • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, Master's preferred. • 12+ years software engineering experience with SaaS, ML, LLM. • 6+ years management in large-scale environments. • Expertise in data technologies and distributed systems. • Experience with Agentic driven development methodologies.
