About the role
Lead strategy and operation of Optiv's digital partner experience and partner portal. Drive partner engagement and scalable go-to-market programs.
What you’ll do
• Own strategy and performance of Optiv One Partner Portal. • Drive partner onboarding, adoption, and engagement. • Manage end-to-end partner journey and content lifecycle. • Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and vendors for platform improvements. • Develop scalable go-to-market programs and activation models.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree required. • 8+ years in partner programs or related field. • 3+ years leading cross-functional programs at director level. • Experience with partner portals or B2B digital platforms. • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
