About the role
Lead business development and marketing for AI-driven Talent Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform. Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning globally.
What you’ll do
• Drive revenue strategy and enterprise acquisition. • Lead sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Build and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. • Develop strategic partnerships and represent company at events. • Lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and GTM execution.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10 years in SaaS/HRTech/ATS sales and marketing. • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and ATS. • Proven enterprise sales and revenue growth experience. • Experience managing digital marketing and content strategy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
