About the role
Responsible for loan customer acquisition and onboarding SME businesses and individuals for Zojapay's loan products. Drive field origination of loan customers and support product adoption and transaction volume growth.
What you’ll do
• Identify and acquire SME loan customers. • Originate and process loan applications end-to-end. • Promote and sell Zojapay financial products. • Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints. • Submit sales and loan disbursement reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree. • Sales experience preferred, fresh graduates considered. • Proficient in smartphone and mobile app usage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
