About the role
Lead the diligence and change management programs for lending partners. Manage due diligence questionnaires, document libraries, and partner notifications on policy changes.
What you’ll do
• Own lending partner change management program end to end. • Respond to due diligence questionnaires with Compliance and Legal. • Maintain partner-facing document repository and access controls. • Run corrective action reporting cycle and confirm delivery. • Work with Product to automate diligence workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5 years in financial services compliance or risk. • 2 years responding to due diligence or regulatory exams. • Experience owning operational or reporting processes. • Experience managing document management systems.
