About the role
Manage multiple digital programs from start to finish in a fast-paced agency environment. Partner with client services and media teams to deliver high-quality client services.
What you’ll do
• Serve as internal and external point-of-contact for program operations. • Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives execution. • Run meetings, take action items, and disseminate recaps. • Manage program scope, risks, and change requests. • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years project management in digital agency. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • PMP Certification expected within one year. • Strong Asana or similar software skills. • Experience with project documentation and process improvement.
