About the role
Drive the product roadmap for tissue acquisition journey improving processes for patients, clinics, labs, and operations. Build software solutions to streamline tissue collection supporting Signatera testing growth.
What you’ll do
• Drive product roadmap aligned with mission and commercial operations. • Create and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing features. • Define and track KPIs to identify product opportunities. • Collaborate with SMEs to define processes and SLAs. • Provide detailed requirements and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare or related field. • 3-5+ years in digital product management, healthcare experience a plus. • Proven track record in organizational transformation. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in agile development and remote team leadership.
