Support Content and Post Production teams by organizing, tracking, and distributing digital media assets efficiently. Coordinate multiple projects and maintain communication between teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Track project status and update schedules. • Maintain project timelines and task lists. • Support communication between teams and vendors. • Organize and archive production materials. • Review content for accuracy and brand consistency.
What you’ll bring
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. • Proactive in communication and updates. • Comfortable with Smartsheets, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Adobe Suite. • Basic understanding of digital media formats.
