About the role
Responsible for inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, servicing, and repair of diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment. Supports plant and fleet availability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on diesel engines and heavy equipment. • Diagnose faults in diesel engines, fuel, hydraulic, and transmission systems. • Repair and overhaul diesel engine components and hydraulic systems. • Conduct post-maintenance testing and equipment commissioning. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with HSE standards.
What you’ll bring
• ND or Trade Test in Mechanical or related engineering. • Minimum 3 years industrial diesel engine maintenance experience. • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems. • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and emergency assignments.
