About the role
The Diagnostic Specialist educates healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and programs in New England. This remote role involves establishing diagnostic expertise and supporting client efforts to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
What you’ll do
• Educate healthcare providers on genetic testing programs. • Identify educational needs among IRD healthcare community. • Partner with cross-functional teams compliantly. • Attend conferences and engage with local organizations. • Provide expertise on IRD gene panels and test requisition forms.
What you’ll bring
• BA/BS required; healthcare degree preferred. • 7+ years pharma/biotech commercial or diagnostics experience. • Experience with KOLs, labs, and stakeholders. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of ophthalmology preferred.
