About the role
The Development Manager leads engineering capacity, delivery commitments, and technical execution quality across development pods. Manages engineers and ensures release reliability and engineering performance quality.
What you’ll do
• Ensure engineering delivers on roadmap commitments. • Own engineering quality and delivery metrics. • Manage engineers including tech leads and architect. • Plan engineering capacity and delivery realistically. • Lead AI development best practices adoption.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing engineering teams in Ruby on Rails. • Track record of delivery and release quality for SaaS. • Experience with distributed or multi-site teams. • Ability to evaluate senior engineers' technical output. • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
