Desktop Support Engineer

About the role
Provide hands-on IT support at the Utah Fulfillment Center to keep technology running and staff productive. Manage devices, user accounts, and vendor coordination.
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Android issues daily. • Configure and maintain laptops, scanners, and printers. • Manage user accounts including onboarding and offboarding. • Track hardware assets through lifecycle. • Coordinate vendor service cases and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• Basic networking knowledge including IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi. • Experience with Windows, macOS, Android troubleshooting. • Support for Android handheld scanners and printers. • User account management experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work on-site and lift up to 50 lbs.
