About the role
The Designer produces high-quality construction documentation using CAD/BIM software for residential and commercial projects. They collaborate with project teams and mentor others while managing multiple projects with strong time management skills.
What you’ll do
• Prepare complex construction drawings using AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT. • Perform thorough self-review before submitting work. • Maintain communication with Project Management team. • Apply quality control procedures and manage project files. • Participate in team meetings to resolve project issues.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of residential/commercial construction and CAD concepts. • CAD/BIM drafting skills required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • 2+ years experience with AutoCAD Architecture, Revit or Sapphire Build. • B.S. in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
