About the role
Manage day-to-day IELTS test centre operations and drive business development, sales, and revenue growth. Ensure secure, compliant, and customer-focused testing services while expanding market presence.

• Manage IELTS test administration, security, compliance and quality assurance. • Ensure excellent candidate experience and customer service. • Drive IELTS registrations, sales, lead generation and revenue growth. • Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions and agencies. • Execute marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Social Sciences, Management or related discipline. • Experience in administration, operations, sales or business development. • Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and digital reporting tools.
