About the role
Manage operational processes and automation connecting GTM and Delivery Engineering teams. Maintain data quality and streamline workflows from customer brief to delivery assignment.
What you’ll do
• Oversee operational process for new customer briefs. • Coordinate transition from approval to delivery assignment. • Track opportunities through pre-delivery stages. • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Mission Control. • Identify and implement automation improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in business or sales operations. • Experience with CRM and business systems. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to build automations and use AI tools. • Excellent communication and process orientation.
