About the role
Join Cloudbeds as a Data Reports & Insights Analyst to help customers turn operational and financial data into actionable decisions. Build, analyze, and optimize reports to improve hospitality business performance and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Build and optimize reports across PMS reporting suite. • Analyze data to troubleshoot discrepancies. • Coach hoteliers on key metrics like ADR and RevPAR. • Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success. • Improve customer data access and interpretation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with hotel property management systems. • Client-facing onboarding or technical support experience. • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills. • Strong data management and error analysis skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
