About the role
Conduct comprehensive analyses of multi-omics data from organoid systems and normal tissues. Develop computational frameworks for organoid quality assessment and gain training in integrative analysis.
What you’ll do
• Analyze multi-omics datasets including single-cell RNA sequencing. • Develop computational pipelines for data processing and quality control. • Integrate data with public datasets for benchmarking. • Develop machine learning methods for cellular state classification. • Collaborate with experimental teams and contribute to manuscripts.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in bioinformatics or related quantitative field. • Experience with single-cell data analysis tools like Seurat or Scanpy. • Proficiency in R and Python programming. • Knowledge of proteomics and metabolomics workflows. • Preferred experience with organoid datasets and machine learning.
