About the role
The Postdoctoral Fellow will analyze microscopy images and environmental data to support autonomous biological experiments. They will develop pipelines, integrate data, and collaborate with engineers and biologists to advance research.
What you’ll do
• Develop automated image analysis pipelines. • Define quantitative metrics for culture state. • Deliver analysis results to workflow systems. • Integrate environmental monitoring data. • Apply statistical and machine learning methods.
What you’ll bring
• Doctoral degree in related quantitative field. • Experience with microscopy image analysis. • Strong Python and ML framework skills. • Knowledge of statistics and experimental design. • Ability to obtain NIH/HHS security clearance.
