About the role
The Postdoctoral Fellow will establish biochemical support for organoid projects and implement protein-focused platforms. The role prepares for an independent research career in academia, government, or industry.
What you’ll do
• Establish molecular-biology and protein-expression support. • Implement APB-Display for protein library screening. • Develop nanobody and affinity-reagent libraries. • Perform quantitative screening and validation assays. • Establish membrane-polymer workflows and nanodisc quality control.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in biochemistry or related field. • Experience in recombinant protein expression and purification. • Strong understanding of protein structure and membrane biology. • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Skilled in data analysis and scientific documentation.
