About the role
Lead data scientists and collaborate with business teams to identify transformation opportunities using process-centric data. Drive measurable business outcomes by applying process mining, optimization, and AI/ML techniques to improve operational performance.
What you’ll do
• Lead process-mining consulting engagements. • Partner with business stakeholders to define transformation opportunities. • Oversee design of process data models. • Facilitate process discovery and value workshops. • Mentor and coach data scientists.
What you’ll bring
• 10–12 years experience including 6+ years in analytics consulting. • Strong command of process-mining concepts and tools. • Experience delivering AI/ML use cases with process-centric data. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and process data modeling. • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
