About the role
Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, policy management, audit coordination, and control enforcement across the Bank. Ensure data management aligns with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
What you’ll do
• Lead drafting and renewal of data governance policies and frameworks. • Oversee implementation of data governance initiatives and monitor compliance. • Coordinate internal and external audits for the Enterprise Data Office. • Implement enterprise data stewardship program and define data ownership. • Design and conduct control testing, self-assessments, and gap analyses.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years in data governance, risk, compliance, or policy roles. • Experience in regulated industries like financial services or healthcare. • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and relevant regulations. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
