About the role
The Data Engineer will harmonize data migration, architecture design, and analytics to support program-level transparency and efficiency. The role involves designing and delivering data policies, frameworks, and infrastructure for the agency's data operations.
What you’ll do
• Harmonize data migration and architecture design across schemes. • Collect data in a consistent way. • Reduce data migration complexity with common entity designs. • Define common semantics in data architecture. • Implement data pipelines into DataLake and Synapse Analytics.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 7 years data engineering experience. • Experience with data integration tools and large data volumes. • Strong understanding of data modelling and databases. • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, DataLake, Synapse, Dynamics 365. • Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security clearance.
