About the role
Lead Monzo's EU Data team to shape product strategy and drive data-driven decisions for expansion across Europe. Own data strategy, learning loops, and build a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
• Shape product and commercial strategy for EU expansion. • Set data strategy and build data foundations for new markets. • Represent Data at ExCo level and drive data-driven decisions. • Build and lead a high-performing full-stack Data team. • Drive cross-collective collaboration across business areas.
What you’ll bring
• Director-level experience in strategic data leadership. • Experience building/scaling data functions in new markets. • Strong skills in metrics, data architecture, and commercial outcomes. • Experience leading company-wide goal-setting with Finance. • Empathetic leader with experience managing individual contributors and managers.
