About the role
Provide compliance and general assistance to clients using Lending Compliance systems. Deliver exceptional client support with strong mortgage compliance knowledge.
What you’ll do
• Deliver top-tier customer service for Lending Compliance software. • Document client interactions in Help Desk system. • Act as liaison between clients and third-party vendors. • Review compliance rulesets for regulatory standards. • Support Sales, Development, and Training staff as requested.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in software support or banking environment. • Knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations. • Proficient in software troubleshooting and support. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
