About the role
Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service across multiple communication channels. Assist with orders, delivery follow-ups, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media. • Assist with product info, pricing, orders, payments, delivery enquiries. • Coordinate with teams for timely order fulfillment. • Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues. • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, complaints, resolutions.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE; OND or equivalent is advantage. • 1-2 years experience in customer service or related role preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp Business. • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints.
