About the role
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to follow up on overdue loan payments and negotiate repayment schedules. Provide customer support and ensure resolution of accounts.
What you’ll do
• Handle large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls. • Identify and assess customers' needs for satisfaction. • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions. • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts. • Meet performance targets for financial recovery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE, OND, or HND qualification. • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills. • Customer orientation and adaptability. • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. • Proximity to Ikeja or reliable commute preferred.
