About the role
Provide professional support to customers and vendors through multiple channels. Resolve issues, onboard vendors, and improve customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer and vendor enquiries professionally. • Troubleshoot and escalate technical and payment issues. • Assist vendors with onboarding and platform usage. • Engage vendors to improve retention and satisfaction. • Manage support tickets and document recurring issues.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years in customer support or related roles. • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk. • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
