About the role
Serve as the first contact for customer support via chat, email, and phone. Manage onboarding calls and support customers throughout their journey.
What you’ll do
• Handle first-level support tickets and escalate when needed. • Conduct onboarding calls and demos for new customers. • Maintain accurate CRM data. • Proactively support and contact customers. • Develop and maintain Help-Center documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in customer support or account management. • Familiarity with live-chat, helpdesk, and CRM tools. • Fluent in German and English. • Good understanding of dental industry needs. • Organized and customer-oriented communication style.
