About the role
Manage a portfolio of airline customers to drive long-term success, retention, and growth. Act as a trusted advisor ensuring customers realize value and identify expansion opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Own and manage key airline customer portfolio. • Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Support onboarding and implementation phases. • Deliver training sessions and workshops.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years in Airline or Airline Catering Industry. • Experience with SaaS or complex B2B software is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT. • Fluent in English and French. • Willing to travel up to 20% annually.
